Events: Jefferson Street Market featuring local wares and produce is 9:30 a.m. to noon at 625 Jefferson St.

Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain hosts “Fresh Greenery Christmas Workshop” 10 a.m.–noon in Violet Classroom, Callaway Discovery Center. Participants will choose to make a wreath, centerpiece or door hanging and embellish with their chosen materials. Fee is $45 per wreath or centerpiece for each guest; $40.50 for annual passholders.

Friends of LaGrange Memorial Library hosts the First Saturday Book Sale 10 a.m.–2 p.m. in the Friends of the Library Book Shop at the library on Alford Street.

The Hogansville Merchants Association is slated to sponsor a Christmas fair at 308 E. Main St. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring a cake walk and face painting. The event is open to the public. 706-302-0026

The Sons of LaFayette Male Choir performs at the Happy Holiday Happening event at 3 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church on Broad Street in LaGrange.

Exhibits

LaGrange Art Museum presents the exhibition Mirror Mirror through Jan. 16. in partnership with Hills & Dales for a year-long celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Callaway family home. Featuring portraiture mirroring portraiture, the exhibit takes a look at portraiture across centuries and cultures, and will include some Troup County residents.
