LaGrange police arrested a man allegedly in possession of 2 pounds of “high grade” marijuana with intent to distribute.
Travis Kendrick, 28, of LaGrange was charged after officers with the LaGrange Police Department Special Investigation Unit served a search warrant at his home on New Mexico Street on Saturday following complaints that marijuana was being distributed from the residence, according to a police press release. During the search, officers found 2 pounds of what they described as “high grade marijuana.”
Officers also found items allegedly used in the packing of marijuana for sale. Kendrick was arrested at the scene, charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of a crime and booked into the Troup County Jail.
