LaGrange Area Moms of Multiples Organization hosts its spring consignment sale on Sept. 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church on Hammett Road in LaGrange. The biannual sale features children’s clothing and child-related items.
All shoppers will be charged $1 admission fee as a donation to the Interfaith Food Pantry. The sale will close from 11 to 11:30 a.m. to prepare for the half-price sale, which begins at 11:30 a.m. and ends at 12:30 a.m.
Only cash or checks are accepted at the sale and all sales are final.
The LAMOM consignment sales generate thousands of dollars for local charities including First Presbyterian Dove Tree, Troup County Foster Parents Association, the Interfaith Food Pantry and Pineland Children’s Facility among others.
LAMOM is a volunteer, nonprofit organization and a chapter of the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Club. It is a support group for mothers of multiples living in Troup, Meriwether and Harris counties and meets on the second Monday of each month in the parlor room of First Presbyterian Church in LaGrange at 7 p.m.
