City crews put a mill stone from the old Troup Factory in place Thursday outside the Legacy Museum. The mill stone dates from the mid-1800s and was used in the grist mill at Troup Factory. The mill stone isbeing donated by the Corless Family and will be dedicated to the museum at 3 p.m. on Saturday as a permanent addition to the grounds of Legacy Museum.
