The Poster Boy is back to put on another show.

A year ago, Delvin “Poster Boy” Motin put on a basketball exhibition at Troup High.

Motin, a member of the And1 organization, will be staging another exhibition this year, and this time the location will be LaGrange High.

The game will be played at 7 p.m. on Saturday, and it will serve as a fund-raiser for the LaGrange basketball program.

Admission is $5.

Motin, a part of the And1 Streetball Tour, said he’ll “have a couple of surprise guests that went to LaGrange High.”

Motin said it’ll be a fast-paced, entertaining game, and he’ll be showing off some of the moves he uses on the Streetball Tour.

“I’ve got a couple of entertaining moves, entertaining tricks,” Motin said. “I’ve got something totally different from last year.”

In last year’s game, some of Motin’s antics included pulling a player’s jersey on top of his head, dribbling through the legs of opposing players, and passing the ball off the backboard.

Motin, who played his high-school ball at the prestigious Oakhill Academy in Virginia, has been a part of the And1 organization for more than 10 years.

Moting said traveling across the country and performing is the favorite part of his job.

“This is the best part of what I do,” he said. “I’ve been doing this since 2003, 2004. I’ve experienced a lot, dealt with a lot. I’m really fortunate that I get to meet people, put on a show and put a smile on people’s faces who haven’t really had a chance to see me play.”

OF NOTE: Saturday’s game will be played at 7 p.m. in the LaGrange High gym. Admission is $5.
