Join Dr. Catherine Lewis, noted golf historian, for an interactive lecture about Georgia's rich golf history from the establishment of golf courses in the early twentieth century (including Highland Country Club and Augusta National Golf Club) to the various golfing personalities from Bobby Jones to Ely Callaway. Dr. Lewis will be on hand to sign her books, "Bobby Jones and the Quest for the Grand Slam" and "Don't Ask What I Shot: How Eisenhower's Love of Golf Shaped 1950s America." A reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by the lecture and book signing at 7:00 p.m. The event is free but reservations are required.
