LaGrange police accused a woman of striking her 14-year-old daughter’s face and left shoulder with a wooden board following an argument in her residence Friday afternoon.
The woman was charged with battery under the Family Violence Act and two counts of second-degree cruelty to a child.
Burglary
A thief entered a residence in the 800 block of Hamilton Road on Friday morning and stole a laptop and video games with a combined value of $400.
