Thefts, burglaries

• A man in the 1900 block of Highway 54 in Hogansville said that someone stole his 1996 red Chevrolet truck valued at $2,000. He said the truck was unlocked and the keys were inside.

• A man in the 6300 block of Hogansville Road said that someone stole a 2011 green Honda 500 ATV valued at about $7,837.

• A man in the 1000 block of New Hutchinson Mill Road said that someone stole a Streamlight flash light valued at $175 and a bag containing $300 in coins from his unlocked GMC Yukon.

• A woman in the 100 block of South Kite Drive said that someone broke into her residence through a side door and stole a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 valued at $300.

• A man in the 1200 block of New Hutchinson Mill Road said that someone entered his unlocked 1995 Dodge Ram and stole a Dewalt 18 volt and 24 volt cordless drill, an 18 volt Dewalt saw, a cordless 18 volts Dewalt wrench and two red and black tool bags containing several tools. The value of all the stolen items is approximately $7,000.

• A man in the 100 block of Robert Taylor Road in West Point said that someone entered two cars parked in his driveway and stole a 25 caliber stainless steel pistol with wood grips with a leather holster which had a badge symbol on it valued at $350, $80 in cash, lug nuts and a wheel look tool with an unknown value, a magazine to a 9mm Beretta valued at $30, a Garmin GPS valued at $150, and checks from two separate bank accounts.
