Sharon Newman and Samuel Stargill announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Renee Stargill, to Calvin Copeland, son of Annie Ruth Copeland and C. L. Copeland of Manchester.
The wedding will be at 6 p.m. on June 30 at Oakhurst.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mrs. Caynell and Mr. Lester Newman, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Willie Jim and Lorene Stargill. She is a graduate of Troup High School and West Georgia Technical College and works at Interface in West Point.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Ms. Sara Copeland and Mr. L. C. Harvey, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Pearlie Bell and Jerry Holt. He attended Central High School in Talbot County and works at Interface in LaGrange.
