Mr. Walter A. “Jack” Wynn, age 79, of LaGrange, died on November 19, 2012 at his residence.

Mr. Wynn was born in Wheeler County, Georgia on October 22, 1933 to the late Augustus and Cyble Elizabeth Bracewell Wynn. He faithfully served his country in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Texas and Colorado. Later in life, he worked for Franklin Aluminum in Heard County and most recently was a salesman for the Terminix Company. He loved music and singing, and was involved throughout his life leading the music at many churches.

Mr. Jack Wynn is survived by his wife, Margaret Winifred Barr Wynn of LaGrange; sons, Brian Keith Wynn and his wife Renee of LaGrange and Timothy Sean Wynn of Cumming; step-son, Michael D. Martin; brother, Ralph Payton Wynn and his wife Julie of California; sisters, Adlene Fulford of Dublin and Ethel Edwards of North Georgia; grandson, Joshua Michael Martin of Indiana; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 3:00 pm at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Chris King and Rev. Steve Garner officiating. Entombment will follow the service at the Restlawn Memory Gardens.

Family will receive friends on Saturday beginning at 1:00 pm until service time. On line condolences may be sent to the family at www.higginslagrangechapel.com.
