Data shows more commuters coming into Troup than out
Maps recently released by the Troup County Geographic Information Services (GIS) from new commuting data shows about twice as many people commute to work in Troup County than residents commute to work in other counties. A hearing is officially set for Thursday at Troup High School for input on plans to begin redefining elementary school zones. The hearing will be 6 p.m. in the auditorium of the school on Hamilton Road at Interstate 85.
