Board expected to vote Thursday on school zonings
The Board of Education is expected to vote Thursday on new proposed school attendance boundaries. A meeting is set for noon Thursday for the board to consider the attendance boundaries and human resource matters. School officials said there was a “strong possibility” the board would vote at the meeting on the new zoning for elementary schools. A teen was shot early this morning while walking on Glenn Robertson Street. According to a LaGrange police press release, officers responded to the West Georgia Medical Center emergency room in reference to a subject that was shot.
