If you thought it was a bit chilly this morning, you were right. The mercury at 7 a.m. stood at 36 degrees at LaGrange-Callaway Airport, tying the record low set in 1983. The normal low for this time of year is 49. More seasonable temperatures are forecast for the weekend, with highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s.
