GUILTY: Jury renders verdict in Sessions case

A jury today convicted 55-year-old Thomas E. Sessions Jr. of LaGrange of murder and aggravated assault in the 2013 shooting death of 21-year-old Douglas Cameron.Troup County Superior Court Judge A. Quillian Baldwin sentenced him to life in prison without the possibility of parole.“I think justice was served, and the jury reached the right verdict,” said Chief Assistant District Attorney Monique Kirby, who prosecuted the case.
