UPDATE (Sept. 16, 2014 5:39 p.m.):The Troup County Sheriff’s office has terminated its search for Chico, a missing LaGrange Police K9 who was lost during a search for an escaped convict Monday in northern Troup County, according to sheriff’s deputy Stewart Smith.Law enforcement officers are citing the intensely thick brush and an inability to move through the thicket.The Daily News will continue to provide any updates as they become available.UPDATE (Sept. 16, 2014 12:22 p.m.):The Daily News has learned that Sullens was apparently attempting to travel to north Georgia, to a location where is girlfriend is said to have been, according to LaGrange Public Safety Chief Lou Dekmar.
