Ms. Jacqueline Louise Strozier, was born February 22, 1951 in Meriwether County, Georgia to Harvey and Mary Lou Strozier. She moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 1971. Jacqueline graduated from Ethel W. Kight High School with the Class of 1969.

She quietly and peacefully departed this life on January 10, 2011 in Canton, Ohio.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Andre’ Strozier, Cleveland, OH; one grandchild, Layla Andrea Strozier; her parents: Harvey Strozier, Sr., Odessadale, GA; Mary L. Strozier, Atlanta, GA; five sisters and four brothers: Betty (Charlie) Cameron, Morrow, GA; Minnie (Hosea) McDaniel, LaGrange, GA; Harvey (Jewell) Strozier, Jr., Douglasville, GA; Willie (Bernice) Strozier, Odessadale, GA; James (Opel) Strozier, Newnan, GA; Clifford (Beatrice) Strozier, Rockledge, FL; Voncellia (Gary) Strozier, Atlanta, GA; Marcilla (Ulysses) Bush, Greenville, GA; Rosland Strozer, Atlanta, GA; six aunts: Bethina Porter, Oak Ridge, TN; Daisy Strozier and Cleo Mapp, Atlanta, GA; Catherine Towns, Saint Marks, GA; Emma Lou Martin, LaGrange, GA; Tommie L. Strozier, Odessadale, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by three siblings: Carolyn, Curtis, and Earl.

The Homegoing Celebration will be Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Branch Hebron Baptist Church of Odessadale, Georgia with Dr. H. L. Jones officiting. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
