The LaGrange community is blessed with many people who give unselfishly of their time and talent.

As Valentine’s Day approaches, the Daily News will be accepting nominations for the annual Big Heart recognitions.

Nominees should be living residents of Troup County who have demonstrated by service to an individual or to others that they have big hearts. People whose service is significant but “unsung” are ideal candidates.

To nominate someone with a Big Heart, fill out the form on page 3 and mail it or bring it by the Daily News office at 105 Ashton St. E-mail nominations that include the information requested on the form will be accepted at ddurrence@lagrangenews.com.

Deadline for entries is noon Friday.
