Curtis and Joyce Scott recently toured Washington, D.C., and show off LaGrange Daily News on the steps of the Capitol, where they were given a guided tour compliments of U.S. Rep Lynn Westmoreland. ‘We also visited the Smithsonian Instution, the Library of Congress, Union Station as well as the presidential monuments along the Mall area during a city tour,’ she said. ‘A real highlight was the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington National Cemetery. The guards perform agreat service around the clock to honor our fallen veterans.’
