2 Blackshear men killed, 1 hurt when SUV overturns

BLACKSHEAR, Ga. (AP) — State troopers say two Blackshear men have been killed and another critically injured when their sport utility vehicle crashed near the Pierce-Ware county line.
Trooper 1st Class J.C. Williams of the Georgia State patrol identified the dead as 36-year-old William Clayton Patterson, the driver, and 31-year-old Austin Clay Johnson.
Williams said 27-year-old Benny Sweat, also of Blackshear, suffered head and other injuries in the Thursday night crash.
The trooper said none of the men were wearing seat belts.
