Joey was born February 15, 1945 in LaGrange, son of the late Ezell Johnathan Senn and Mary Magaline Bailey Senn. He was a U. S. Army veteran. Joey was retired from Milliken and Company, where he worked as a lab technician.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Senn; a daughter and son-in-law, Tabatha and Wayne Andrews, of LaGrange; a son and daughter-in-law, Dion and Mandy Senn of Franklin; four grandchildren, Courtney Andrews, Tyler Andrews, Callie Senn, and Colby Senn; sisters and brothers-in-law, Reba and Mike Pressley and Marie and Ricky Cason; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Sarah and Rickey Nasworthy and Patricia Yearta; mother-in-law, Myrtle Hood Karr; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2009 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, LaGrange Chapel with Rev. Brett Matthews and Rev. Jimmy McMillian officiating. Burial will follow in Hillview East Cemetery .
The family will be at their home and will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening.
