Benefit ride for Aiden Pike

A benefit ride to help with the medical expenses of Aiden Christopher Pike, who was born two months premature, is Saturday at Mike Patton Auto Mall on Lafayette Parkway. Registration is 8:30 a.m. with kick stands up at 10 a.m. Cost is $15 per bike. For more information, contact Ricky Funderburk at 706-672-2049. Fur Ball

LaGrange Troup County Humane Society’s annual fundraiser, “Peace, Love and Paws Fur Ball” will be at 7 p.m. Saturday at Lafayette Garden Inn. The event includes dinner, dancing and a silent auction. Tickets are $40 in advance or $45 at the door. For tickets, call 706-298-3608.

Boys and Girls Club golf tournament

The “Kia of LaGrange Back-a-Kid” golf tournament will be Aug. 23 at Highland Country Club. Cost is $400 for a team of four and sponsorships are available. Proceeds benefit Boys and Girls Clubs of West Georgia. To register or for sponsorship information, call Bart McFadden at 706-812-9698.
