Wreck sends four to hospital

Four people were injured in a two-vehicle wreck at Davidson Road and Ga. 18 on Friday afternoon.

A 65-year-old woman suffered a possible fracture, while a 36-year-old man and two young girls complained of minor injuries. Names of the injured and details of the accident were unavailable late Friday.

Three of the victims were taken to West Georgia Medical Center, while the fourth was taken to Lanier Memorial Hospital in Valley, Ala.

A motorcyclist was airlifted to Emory Hospital in Atlanta after a wreck on Vernon Street near Wendy’s about 8:20 p.m. Friday.

The man suffered a possible broken leg when his silver Harley-Davidson collided with a car. His name and details of the wreck were unavailable.
