Thefts, Burglaries
• A man in the 900 block of Hamilton Road said that someone broke the lock to his vending machine and stole $250 in coins.
• A Brenda Blvd. resident said that someone stole a girl FSA bike valued at $150 from her yard.
• An employee of Regal Homes on Whitesville Road said that someone entered the business by kicking in the back door and stole a laptop valued at $700.
Identity Theft
• A woman in the 200 block of Mobley Road said that someone took $220 out of her bank account.
• A woman in the 800 block of Burkes Chapel Road said that someone filed employment on her 2011 income taxes, using her previous address in the 900 block of Burkes Chapel Road.
