Damarian Damez Tucker, 29, of Pine Mountain passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012.

Damarian was born August 5, 1983 and was the son of Charlie Tucker and the late Roberta Culpepper Tucker. “Pooh”, as he was affectionately known, attended school in the Harris County School System. He was employed at Mountville Mills Inc. He joined the Smith Chapel United Methodist Church under Rev. Julian Warner.

Survivors include his devoted father, Charlie Tucker; four children: Kayla Moss, Shaniya Jones, Jayden and Darrius Martin; one sister, Brenda Elliott; one brother, Charlie Murrell Tucker; paternal grandfather: Morris Tucker; maternal grandfather: Vamus Culpepper; niece, Britney Elliott; nephews: James Elliott Jr. and JaMurrell Tucker; aunts and uncles: Barbara Jean Wortham, Lucille Curry, Rev. Willie (Nettie Mae) Tucker, Pine Mountain; Rosia (Wesley) Hall, Patricia (Grady Dennis) Zachery, Decatur; Nathaniel (Patricia) Tucker, Atlanta; Marvin (Teresa) Tucker, LaGrange; Annette Culpepper, Lithonia; many other relatives and friends.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, December 28, 2012 at Noon at the Smith Chapel United Methodist Church, 6225 Hopewell Church Road, Pine Mountain. Rev. Julian Warner will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state at the church on Saturday from 11:00AM until the funeral hour.

The family will be at their home at 659 Nelson Road in Pine Mountain.
