Mary Jane Moody, 89, was born on October 8, 1923, in Dodge County to Vernon and Charlotte Burch Horne. She passed away on January 24, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her husband, of 54 years, Everett Lee Moody Jr. She is survived by her children Larry and Cindy Moody of Fayetteville, GA; Pat and Xan Moody of Cullman, AL; and Kathy and Steve Gaultney of Norcross, GA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren as well as her devoted caregiver, Jan Faircloth of Oakwood, GA.

The funeral will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. at Crowell Brothers Funeral Home Norcross. The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Peachtree Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mary’s name to Peachtree Christian Hospice- 3430 Duluth Park Ln. Duluth, GA 30096.
