Choral Society of West Georgia president Ed Pulver presents baritone Philip Botica a $1,000 award for being selected to perform in the Carnegie Hall’s American High School Honors Performance Series. Botica will perform in Carnegie Hall with the honors choir on Feb. 10, under the director of Eph Ehly. Botica is a senior choral student at Troup High School.
