Fred Tridarrius Harrison Jr. of LaGrange passed away Friday.

“Tri” was born August 7, 1996, in LaGrange and was the son of Fred Harrison Sr. and the late Miranda Hurston. He attended Hope Academy and was a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include his father, Fred Harrison Jr.; sisters: ShaQuavious “Tionna” Harrison, Jayvianna “Jay” Hurston, BreShae Harrison, Shadimon Harrison, Mercedes Harrison; his brothers: Jeremiah Tawon Harrison and DaQuez Harggett; his grandmothers: Jo Ann Hurston and Rebecca O’Neal; grandfather, Fred Kelly Sr.; aunts: Kimberly Hurston, Stacy (Booker) Laye, Chanda (Dion) Thames, Brenda (Rev. Michael) Jackson, Dorotheia Harrison, Cynthia Tucker, Shelia Tucker, Veronica Keisha (Tim) Bledsoe, Lynn Harrison, Barbara Maddox (Marcus); uncles Kelvin Hurston, Terrance Hurston, George Tucker, Delaney Truitt, James Truitt, Marshez Truitt, Jimmy Williams, Brice Williams; great aunts: Mary (Larry) Hall, Carrie Brooks, Bertha Brewer; niece, Ha’Maly Harrison; great uncles, many cousins, family and friends; special cousins: Mondez Laye and Shalencia “Breka” Hurston.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Qua’Mauri Harrison; aunt, Fannie Slaughter; and uncle, Jewell Slaughter.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 1:00PM at the New Community Church on South Davis Road. Rev. Charles Martin and Rev. Michael Jackson will officiate. Burial will be in the Shadowlawn Cemetery.

The family will be at their home at 308 East Mulberry Street and at 1105 First Avenue.
