Thefts, burglaries

A woman said that her Vera Bradley purse valued at $40 was stolen from a shopping cart at Walmart. The purse contained a Samsung Galaxy 3 cell phone valued at $500.

Damages

A man in the 1700 block of Hamilton Road said that someone stole a red vehicle dolly valued at $600 from his backyard.

Drug arrests

Kaceon Keondrez Person, 18; Maurice Dashea Arnold Jr., 18; and Raymond Henry, 21, whose addresses were unavailable, were charged with felony marijuana possession after officers stopped their vehicle about 12:21 a.m. Saturday on Hogansville Road at North Sanford Avenue. Officers found suspected marijuana particles on the floorboards, a partially smoked marijuana cigarette and a torn plastic bag containing more suspected marijuana.
