Mr. Roger F. Welsh, 57, of LaGrange, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013, at his home. Mr. Welsh was born July 16, 1955, in Troup County, son of the late George P. and Vernice Brooks Welsh. He was formerly employed at the Unity Plant of Milliken and Company.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Welsh of LaGrange; sons and daughters-in-law, Chris Overton of LaGrange, Roger and Tabitha Welsh of Dublin, and Paul and Jennifer Welsh of LaGrange; daughter, Tammy Grimes of Twin City and husband Kevin; grandchildren, Dylan Welsh, Hunter Welsh, Amber Grimes, Austin Grimes, Kimberly Welsh and Mary Welsh; brother, Kenneth Hudson of Dublin; sisters, Jean Lynn Welsh of Savannah, and Brenda Lee of Dublin, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 Saturday at the Hunter-Allen-Myhand Chapel. Interment will be at Meadoway Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this (Friday) evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
