Thefts, burglaries
• A man in the 800 block of Houston Street said that someone stole a washer and dryer valued at $400 each, a queen bed valued at $400, a leather chair valued at $200 and a table with chairs valued at $200 from his residence.
• A woman in the 200 block of Pierce Street said that some stole $100 from a wallet that was in the glove compartment of her Jeep Cherokee. The victim said a door may have been unlocked.
