For years The LaGrange Daily News has had the reputation of “not stepping on anyone’s toes”. The above referenced editorial disproved that theory and hopefully it is not a one time deal.
The rumor mill is running full throttle on this subject and I am by no means suggesting a “rumor mill” but the public should be aware and discussing this situation.
I am by no means a law scholar but I do know if these practices are true, and it certainly appears some are, that an investigation into this is appropriate and justified. Perhaps even a grand jury investigation.
Again, it is refreshing to see our primary source for local news justifiably “stepping on toes” and these are huge “toes”.
