The most serious occurred near Rosemont Elementary School and involved a motorcyclist, who was airlifted to an unspecified hospital for treatment, according to the Troup County Fire Department, which also responded.
Another accident at the intersection of Vulcan Materials Road and Hamilton Road involved less serious injuries, officials said.
No one was hurt when a truck overturned on Interstate 85 at Hamilton Road, the fire department spokes-man said today.
