Lillian Littlefield, 86, of LaGrange died Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Hospice LaGrange.

Mrs. Littlefield was born June 5, 1923 in Roanoke, AL, daughter of the late Colonel McKinley Caldwell and Prudie Robinson Caldwell. She has lived in LaGrange most of her life and was a member of East Vernon Baptist Church. Mrs. Littlefield was employed with West Georgia Health Systems, Brian Center Nursing Home, as a Licensed Practical Nurse before retiring. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, O.B. Littlefield, and a brother, Jimmy Caldwell.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Pete and Karen Littlefield of LaGrange; daughter, Jan Fine of Smyrna, GA; four grandchildren, Todd Sims, Monique Sims, Shelley Bunn, and Ashley Littlefield; two great-grandchildren, Brianna Hudson and Bryson Bunn; and a sister-in-law, Carol Caldwell of LaGrange.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 11, 2009 in Restlawn Memory Gardens with Reverend Dwayne Perdue officiating.

The family will be at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Pete and Karen Littlefield and will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice LaGrange, 1510 Vernon Road, LaGrange, GA 30240 in memory of Mrs. Lillian Littlefield.
