Dear Editor:

Thank you, LaGrange Patriot steering committee for your love of God and for our beautiful country. These truths were evident in every aspect of the T.E.A. Party held on Labor Day.

I am reminded of a song that we used to sing as youth at Rosemont Baptist Church…”It only takes a spark to get a fire going”. I pray that the T.E.A. Party held on Monday, Sept. 7 is the spark that burns ever brighter in our hearts and in each one who was present. The Patriots of LaGrange share this common bond and may it not fizzle out, but become the catalyst that glows so brightly that Washington has to sit up and take notice.

Thank you for the honor and privilege to be a part of the Patriots of LaGrange.
