Jenna Brown, center, talks with Anna Brock, who donated blood Saturday at Western Heights Baptist Church. The blood drive, held in honor of Brown, brought in 56 people who donated 52 pints of blood, including Kathryne Scott, 17, left, who donated for the first time. Brown, 14, collapsed at Lafayette Christian School in cardiac arrest in September. She was flown to an Atlanta hospital, where she received blood products. The next week she had open-heart surgery, which required more blood.
