This is a reply to the letters of Mike Smith. Mr. Smith, I want to thank you for the teaching opportunities you are giving me for my teenage children.
They now know that the true meaning of Christmas is the birth of Jesus, not some happy joy, joy like you think.
They have reaffirmed that it is the U.S. Constitution that gives even crackpots the right to voice their opinions, not the ACLU.
And they are committed to the future of this great country as conservative Christians, not liberal atheists, even though there are no gold coins in our pockets.
So keep the humor and life lessons coming.
