A countywide Martin Luther King Jr. celebration was held Monday at the Troup High School fine arts auditorium. A program benefiting Troup County’s Building Early Learners for Life, the program had more than 150 people engaged in a two-panel discussion of King’s ‘I Have a Dream’ speech with students, teachers and community members participating.
