She was born May 24, 1919, daughter of the late James A. and Leona Hancock. Mrs. Holsombeck had lived here most of her life and was a member of Dixie United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a sister, Le Merle Morris of Crane, MO; nieces and nephews, Jim Morris, Pam Krouscup, Carol Schreiber, Judy Daniel Brendle and Ben Daniel. She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Holsombeck; sisters, Ilene Hancock and Jewell Hancock Daniel.
Graveside services will be 11:00 Tuesday at Shadowlawn Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Howard officiating.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Holsombeck to the Troup County Humane Society, 1390 Orchid Hill Road, LaGrange, GA 30240.
