Explanations:

Here is an explanation of food service inspection violations used by Troup County Health Department.

1. Food-borne illness risk factors and public health interventions: Risk factors are food preparation practices and employee behaviors most commonly reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as contributing factors in food-borne illness outbreaks. Public health interventions are control measures to prevent illness or injury.

2. Good retail practices are preventive measures to control the introduction of pathogens, chemicals and physical objects into foods.

"All employees must wash hands before leaving the restroom." That sign scares me every time I read it. At least it is a formality. Imagine if it read, "All employees must wash hands - that means you, Bob!" Ew
