Special Olympics indoors doesn’t dampen spirits

The rains Monday created mud Tuesday, so the annual Troup County Special Olympics spring games moved indoors to the Mike Daniel Recreation Center.

About 80 exceptional education students from elementary through high school participated in the games that included basketball skills, soccer skills, relays, parachutes and even Zumba.
