Bayshad Huguley contemplates his haircut at a free haircut event Sunday at Griggs Recreation Center. More than a dozen local barbers set up chairs in the center’s gym, working almost eight hours to provide 450 haircuts to children who will start school Wednesday. This is the third year for the event organized by Callaway Elementary School teacher Michael Fannin .
