LaGrange utility worker CJ Moore hands a snowflake to Rock Worthy as the crew puts Christmas lights up on Lafayette Parkway on Monday afternoon. The pair expected to have the south side of the parkway done Monday and the north side Tuesday, in time for the lights to be turned on the day after Thanksgiving.
