Mrs. Shirley Yvonne Gaylor, 62, of LaGrange, GA, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013, at West Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Gaylor was born July 26, 1950, in LaGrange, daughter of Lera Frances Walker Humphrey and the late Raymond Humphrey. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Mrs. Gaylor was an amazing and loving wife, mother, and nana.

Survivors in addition to her mother, Frances Humphrey, include her husband, Clarence W. Gaylor; daughter, Danielle Ballenger; step son, Mark Gaylor; grandchildren, Ashley Copelan, Scott Copelan, Mason Ballenger, Joshua Gaylor, Jackie Adkins, and Christy Gaylor; and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Chapel with Dr. Mike Reeves officiating. Burial will follow in Shadowlawn Cemetery.

The gathering of family and friends will be on Friday from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
