Mrs. Louise Ward of 116 Cedar Street passed away Saturday at her home.

Mrs. Ward, a native of Troup County, was born March 1, 1926 and was the daughter of the late Joe and Florence Leslie Ribers. She was a homemaker and was the wife of the late Jessie Ward Jr.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Allen Rivers, Leroy Rivers, Willie B. Rivers, J. T. Rivers, Malissa Rimpsey, and Lola Civers.

Survivors include three children: LaGail Ward, James (Morlena) Ward, Willie Ward, all of LaGrange; twelve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday at 1:00PM in the chapel of the Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home. Rev. Joseph Cammon will officiate. Burial will be in the Shadowlawn Cemetery.
