Mr. Kelvin L. Clemons, 50, of Hogansville, Ga., died Saturday, November 17, 2012. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Mt. Perria Baptist Church in Hogansville, Ga. Rev. Clifford Black will officiate and interment will follow in the Olive Branch Cemetery in the St. Mark Community.
