Mr. Fred Paul Stewart, 78, of Woodbury, died Monday, March 11, 2013, at his home.

Funeral services for Mr. Stewart will be held Thursday, March 14th, 2013 at 2 pm in the Chapel of the Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Bowden officiating. Burial will follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Stewart was born in Woodbury on July 25th, 1934, a son of the late Alvie Stewart and Essie Clay Stewart. He was a graduate of Georgia Southwestern College and was employed by GA Dept. of Transportation as a right-of-way agent until his retirement.

Mr. Stewart was a member of Lodge #713, Free and Accepted Masons, in Woodbury. He was also a member of Faith Baptist Church of Woodbury.

He is survived by three sons, Jody S. (Collin) Stewart of Molena, Timothy F. (Donna) Stewart of Lagrange, and Robin F. Stewart of Woodbury; a brother,

John (Linda) Stewart of Salt Lake City, UT; a special friend, Patricia Strickland of Woodbury; five grandchildren, Mathew J. Stewart of Austell, Chris P. Stewart and Amy Stewart, both of Rosamond, CA, Sara Lasiter of Thomaston and Matt Stewart of Griffin; and five great grandchildren.

The family of Mr. Stewart will receive friends at Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 until 8 pm. Condolences may be expressed at www.pasleyfletcher.com
