LaGRANGE — Capital Investment Services managing partner Bobby Lumpkin has been selected as a 2015 Financial Times Top 401 Retirement Adviser.

The list shows professionals who specialize in advising U.S. employers on their defined contribution (DC) plans.

Brokerages and independent advisers from around the country were evaluated by Financial Times and its partners, Ignites Research and Broadridge Financial Solutions, on the following seven factors: DC assets under management, growth in DC plan business, specialization in the DC business, years of experience advising DC plans, participation rate in DC plans advised, industry certifications and compliance record.

“This is a great honor for our entire team,” said Lumpkin. “Our success comes from a ‘client first’ approach to investment management. By building relationships with our clients, our team is able to better educate them on the dynamics of the market, and the investment strategy.”

In association with Raymond James, Capital Investment Services offers investment options and financial guidance for businesses and individuals. Capital Investment Services is owned and operated in LaGrange.
