LaGRANGE — The LaGrange Sears Hometown Store is joining more than 1,200 Sears locations nationwide in supporting the 2015 Make-A-Wish campaign “Season of Wishes” to allow Make-A-Wish to help more children with life-threatening medical conditions experience the powerful impact of a fulfilled wish.

Through Dec. 31, customers may make incremental donations of $2, $5 or $10 in support of the campaign. The LaGrange store at 325 S. Davis Road will also offer other fundraising promotions:

• Customers who donate $5 to Make-A-Wish on Nov. 19–22 or Dec. 10–13 will receive a $10 Award Card to be used toward a future purchase, valid Dec. 3–9 or 26–31, respectively.

• Nov. 25 is Wish Wednesday, where customers are encouraged to donate $5 to Make-A-Wish in order to take advantage of the locations’ Black Friday deals early, 5-8 p.m., avoiding the chaos and long lines while supporting a cause.

• Customers who donate $5 to Make-A-Wish will receive an extra 10 percent off everything storewide Dec. 17-24.

“We are always looking for ways to help improve the lives of others, and are excited to take part in this national holiday campaign that will help raise funds for children who are more than deserving,” said Jeff Rothstein, owner of the Sears Hometown Store in LaGrange.

Through the Season of Wishes holiday campaign, Sears Hometown & Outlet Stores Inc. will donate 100 percent of customer donations to Make-A-Wish. For more information, visit wish.org.
