LaGRANGE —Toys for Tots is winding down.

The toy drive to deliver presents to children in need wraps Friday at noon, when local agencies will begin sorting boxes for distribution. Donation sites are located at local fire stations, Troup County Sheriff’s Office, LaGrange City Hall and various businesses around town.

The Marine Corps League PFC George Eiland Detachment 1040 league, with help from local public safety agencies, held drives outside Walmart on New Franklin Road for four days — this past weekend and the weekend prior — coordinated by Georgia State Patrol Senior Trooper George Cotton, said Bernard Bledsoe with the Marine Corps League.
