Happy New Year’s Troup County retired educators!

I hope all those goals for 2016 are being set, and everyone is working toward being very successful. However, there is one goal I hope you will not fail to set, and that is to be actively involved with the retired educators in Troup County.

We believe that we need every retired educator in Troup County to be part of this chapter, and we also believe that every retired educator in Troup County needs to be with us. Together we are stronger!

Why not get the year started right and come to the Highland Country Club on Jan. 28 at 11:30 a.m. where you can enjoy a delicious lunch and then be a part of a very informative meeting at noon? You need to know what is going on in our community concerning health care.

Here at the TCRE meeting, you will hear firsthand what is going on as our LaGrange hospital becomes a part of the WellStar Health Care System. You can learn all of this as Charis Acree, senior VP of operations with the West Georgia Health system, comes to be with us as our speaker.

So, come on and meet one of those 2016 goals and be a part of this hard working group of educators.

For non-members to make a reservation, call 706-884-9925. See your there!
